Is your child passionate about singing? Our 12 –Week Vocal Course is fun, energetic and informative – the perfect place to continue or begin their vocal journey. Watch them blossom as they gain confidence, self-awareness, social skills and emotional intelligence, all while developing technical vocal and performance skills. Voice Academy offers classes for kids and teens ages 6-17, led by our professional, industry experienced vocal coaches.

Comprehensive Skill Development:
We focus on breath support, pitch accuracy, vocal control and expression, and performance presence. Your child will learn to sing with confidence and connect deeply with their music.

Lesson #10 – Mini Showcase at Ripley Grier Studios
The final class includes a short, heartwarming showcase where students perform for family and friends. It’s a beautiful celebration of their growth, progress and hard work!

Is your child passionate about singing? Our specially designed vocal classes for kids aged 6-11) will help them enhance their singing abilities and gain valuable vocal techniques.

Vocal Technique Breathing,pitch, tone, range and healthy singing habits
Confidence Building Build confidence throught solo and group singing in a supportive environment .
Song Performance: Learn how to sing with emotion, expression and strong stage presence.

Final Mini Showcase:Students will perform for family and friends in the final class!.
Tate is a professional opera singer, vocalist, performer, and voice/piano instructor with experience in opera, musical theater and contemporary music. She has performed leading opera roles, appeared in Phantom of the Opera and Grease, and has sung alongside Andrea Bocelli at the Hollywood Bowl.
Tate is passionate about helping young singers build confidence, technique and a love for music in a fun and supportive environment.

A specialist in vocal styles, Stephanie is a professional session singer and voice-over artist. She has worked as a backing vocalist for celebrities, such as- Cyndi Lauper, Taylor Dayne, Sandra Bernhard, Nancy Sinatra, Ana Gasteyer and more. She has performed on Broadway National Tours, European and Regional Tours of musicals, as well as at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. EDUCATION: Boston Conservatory at Berklee/Berklee College of Music | BFA – Musical Theatre, minor in Directing

Tate is a professional opera singer, vocalist, performer, and voice/piano instructor from beautiful San Diego, California. Classically trained, she has sung the great soprano roles from Musetta (La bohème) and Gilda (Rigoletto) to her upcoming performance as Nedda (I Pagliacci) with Opera New York. Tate has performed in musicals such as Phantom of the Opera (Carlotta), Grease (Rizzo), and Once on This Island (Mama Euralie) and stage directed multiple productions as founder of her company The CoOperative. She has sung alongside Andrea Bocelli (Hollywood Bowl).
Tate believes that music has the power to bring empowerment, hope, and motivation to all walks of life and could not be more thrilled to be teaching voice at Voice Academy NYC. She looks forward to working with music lovers of all ages and uncovering the power of music in your life!

Kat, the founder of Voice Academy NYC, discovered her passion for teaching others to sing and has since dedicated her career to it. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Kat is an accomplished singer, songwriter and performer. In addition to her work who with students, she collaborates with numerous production companies and record labels, nurturing musical talent from children to adults.
